From direction
to action.
RITME is Evolut’s commerce operating system. It helps us decide what deserves attention, where that attention should go, and how we turn it into action.
Campaigns are moments. Commercial success sits in the rhythm between them.
RIT
R · I · TThe commercial base
Reality, Identity and Trading form the decision layer. RIT establishes what is commercially true, what the brand stands for, what deserves attention and which limits apply. The principles stay relatively stable: the input changes, the decision frame stays.
M&E
M · EThe activation layer
Media and Execution take those choices to market. Through which channels, with which means, with which technology, how fast and by whom. This layer changes faster, driven by new media, technology, AI, automation and consumer behaviour.
The faster M&E changes, the more a strong RIT base matters.
Reality
Central questionWhere are we and what is coming?
Context, goals, timing and commercial reality.
What we look at- Revenue targets
- Annual and seasonal rhythm
- Demand peaks and busy periods
- Full-price windows, sale and markdown
- Product launches and holidays
- Available capacity
No plan without context.

Identity
Central questionWho are we and what do we stand for?
Brand, positioning and recognisability.
What we look at- Positioning and proposition
- Brand promise and brand values
- Visual identity and typography
- Tone of voice and messaging
- Communication pillars
- Hero categories and hero products
The message can flex. The brand has to stay recognisable.

Trading
Central questionWhat deserves commercial attention?
Product, demand, stock, margin and momentum.
What we look at- Product × demand × stock × margin × price
- What has to win, what can win
- Where stock needs to move
- When pricing should change
- Where promotion makes sense
- Where nothing should happen
Not everything that sells should be pushed harder. Not everything that sells poorly belongs in the sale.

Media
Central questionWhere and how do we attract the right attention?
Channels, touchpoints and distribution.
What we look at- Paid social and paid search
- Organic social and content
- CRM and email
- Onsite
- Partnerships and affiliates
- Marketplaces, retail media and offline
Channel follows goal. Not the other way round.

Execution
Central questionHow do we actually make it happen?
From decision to something that actually works.
What we look at- Content production and campaigns
- Shopify updates and landing pages
- Merchandising
- Email and CRM
- Media activation and optimisation
- Planning, QA and follow-up
Direction without action delivers nothing. Action without direction usually doesn’t either.

Commerce first. Channel second.
We do not start with Meta or Shopify. We start with what we are trying to achieve commercially.
Diagnosis before intervention.
First understand why something is happening. Only then propose a solution.
More is not automatically better.
More traffic, content or campaigns does not automatically mean more results.
Data is a starting point, not an answer.
Data does not tell you what to do. It tells you where to look harder.
Attention is an investment.
Media, content, homepage positions and capacity are scarce. Spend them deliberately.
You do not have 52 weeks. You have 52 choices.
Not every week deserves the same message, the same product or the same amount of attention.
RIT sets direction. M&E moves with it.
One paragraph about where it hurts is enough to tell whether we are the right partner.
