ANSH46 doesn’t just sell clothes.
Wouter and his team curate brands, collections and products that together make up the world of ANSH46.
Our challenge:
make the commerce behind the scenes work as well as the shop itself.
The question
The shop was already there. Online had to keep up.
ANSH46 is Wouter’s fashion boutique, with a physical shop and a growing online business.
And it was exactly that combination that made the question interesting.
Putting a good fashion store online is one thing.
But once the same products are sold through a shop, a webshop and marketplaces, customers buy both online and offline, and several systems behind the scenes have to work together, it becomes a different story.
So the question wasn’t just:
Can you improve our Shopify webshop?
But above all:
How do we make sure the digital side of ANSH46 can grow with the business?
What was needed
One brand. Several places to buy.
The physical shop and the webshop shouldn’t turn into two separate businesses.
Stock, sales, fulfilment and customer data had to work together logically.
At the same time, the webshop had to become faster and easier for the customer.
- Less friction.
- Better navigation.
- A smoother checkout.
- And a technical foundation we could keep building on.
Because fashion moves fast.
The technology behind it has to keep up.
What we did
First, get the basics right.
We optimised the Shopify webshop for performance, functionality and customer experience.
With Shopify POS we brought the physical shop and online sales closer together.
Around that, we set up and optimised several parts of the commerce stack.
Not because a long list of tools looks impressive in a case study.
But because every system has to solve a problem.
Technology should make commerce easier. Not busier.
From shop to commerce ecosystem
In the end, a customer just sees a product they want.
But quite a lot happens behind that one purchase.
As a customer, you’d rather not see any of that.
Which is exactly why it has to work.
And then the webshop was live.
Nice. Next question.
Our involvement didn’t stop after the first project.
The foundation was in place, but ANSH46 kept moving.
New commercial opportunities came up. New channels became relevant. And some existing parts could be better.
So our role shifted from building to continuously looking for where the next improvement was.
More than Shopify
Part of that happened in the webshop.
Another part happened outside it.
Among other things, we worked on the loyalty programme with Rivo, marketplace integrations through Channable and Miinto, and social advertising around relevant commercial moments.
Always with the same idea in mind:
Not more channels.A smarter system.
Because a marketplace, loyalty programme or ad campaign isn’t a strategy on its own.
It has to fit what the business needs at that moment.
Culture → curation → commerce
That’s really what this partnership is about for us.
From Shopify and POS to fulfilment, loyalty and marketplaces.
The technology follows the business. Not the other way round.
Our role
Since 2022
Our partnership with ANSH46 started with Shopify.
But the questions changed as the business developed.
And honestly, that’s exactly how it should be.
Not doing the same thing for years because a proposal once said so.
But continuing to look at what’s happening now.
- What can be better.
- What’s no longer needed.
- And where the next commercial opportunity is.
Different question.Same direction.
