Longevity Pen
From start-up to a brand that can move.
A new product in a new category can’t be explained in one sentence.
So there had to be a brand before there was anything to sell.
For Longevity Pen we built the positioning, identity, packaging and Shopify store from the ground up.
Today we work together every month on content, media and e-commerce. And there’s now a local store in Croatia too.
The question
Longevity Pen didn’t come to us just to build a webshop.
A brand still had to be built.
- A new product.
- A new category.
- A story that isn’t easy to explain.
And at the same time, of course, it eventually had to sell.
That meant we couldn’t start with Shopify, Meta or a content calendar.
First we had to understand:
- What is Longevity Pen?
- Who is it relevant for?
- How do we make a complex product easy to understand?
- And how do we then build a commercial brand around it?
Exactly the kind of question where several disciplines have to come together.
Direction first
Before activating anything, we laid the foundations together with Longevity Pen.
And above all: a clearer story around the product and the position Longevity Pen wanted to claim in the wellness market.
Not so we could hand over a nice brand book.
But because every choice after that had to build on it.
- From product packaging to an Instagram post.
- From an ad to the webshop.
- From an email to a new market.
First know what you want to say. Then decide where to say it.
From brand to product
At Longevity Pen, branding doesn’t stop at a logo or a colour palette.
The physical product is part of the brand experience.
So we also worked on the packaging around Longevity Pen.
- How do you present a relatively new product in a way that feels premium, but not distant?
- How do you make sure packaging, product, communication and digital experience belong to the same world?
We then carried that same visual language through to 3D design, content and digital applications, among other things.
So what emerged wasn’t a collection of loose assets.
It was one recognisable world.
Same product.Same story.Every touchpoint.
And then: Shopify.
With that direction as a foundation, we started on the commercial platform in November 2024.
Not an existing webshop that just needed a fresh coat of paint.
We built the Shopify environment from the ground up around the brand we were developing together.
That meant brand and commerce could be developed side by side from the start.
- The positioning shaped the story.
- The identity shaped the look.
- The content helped make the product understandable.
- And the webshop ultimately had to turn all of that into a logical commercial experience.
After about three months of development, the webshop went live in February 2025.
Brand → experience → commerce
But live isn’t the finish line
After launch, the next chapter really began.
Because going live is a single moment.
Making a brand work commercially happens every day after that.
So we stayed involved with Longevity Pen, and our role shifted more and more from building to developing, activating and learning.
- We developed content.
- Used 3D to bring products and propositions to life visually.
- Built out organic social.
- Activated paid social and Google Ads.
- Set up email marketing.
- And kept looking at the webshop and customer journey at the same time.
Not as separate marketing channels.
But as parts of the same commercial system.
No one-off campaigns.Commercial rhythm.
Content that lasts
A brand that wants to stay visible can’t start from scratch for every post.
So together with Longevity Pen we also built a broader content base.
And material that can be used across multiple moments and touchpoints.
Not just content for the next campaign.
But a library the brand can keep communicating, testing and building with.
Create once.Learn. Adapt. Keep moving.
A year later: a new market
About a year after the first launch, a new commercial question came up.
A local partner in Croatia joined Longevity Pen and needed its own local webshop.
The advantage?
We didn’t have to start from zero again.
The brand world, structure and commercial foundation were already in place.
So we used the original Shopify store as the basis and built a local environment for the Croatian market on top of it.
And for us, localising means more than translating copy.
We looked at what needed to change locally, including:
without losing what makes Longevity Pen recognisable.
Local where it matters.Consistent where it counts.
So the first webshop became more than a sales channel.
It became a foundation the brand could keep building on.
Today
Our partnership with Longevity Pen is still going.
Every month we look at what’s happening commercially and what deserves attention next.
Among other things, we work on:
RITME in practice
For us, Longevity Pen is a good example of why we don’t like to start with a channel.
Because what exactly was the project here?
All of them, really.
But only because they were part of the same commercial question.
- We started with the reality of a new brand and a new product.
- Built a recognisable identity.
- Decided what deserved commercial attention.
- Then chose the right media and touchpoints.
- And turned that into execution.
Or in short:
RITME.
Not because every brand needs more marketing.
But because all the parts work better when they move in the same direction.
What we like about this one
For us, Longevity Pen didn’t start with a campaign brief.
It started with a brand that still had to be built.
Today we work on branding, commerce, content, technology and marketing. And the original platform even served as the basis for expanding into a new market.
Not because we wanted to add as many services as possible up front.
But because the question kept changing.
And our role changed with it.
Make it matter. Then keep it moving.
